01Why they came

A GCC group set out to digitize wholesale brokerage — a market that runs on phone calls, middlemen, and trust — with one hard requirement: the platform is the sole intermediary, and no party ever learns who is on the other side of a deal.

02What we saw

Not a store with extra roles, but four distinct businesses on one marketplace: traders sourcing goods, suppliers moving volume, affiliate marketers earning on referrals, and investors financing deals. Privacy wasn’t a feature — it was the product.

03What we built

Bilingual mobile apps (React Native/Expo) for all four sides, a Next.js admin panel with 13 modules, and a NestJS/PostgreSQL backend. RFQ and direct-purchase flows, credit with promissory notes, a deal-financing marketplace, wallets, live chat, and an AI assistant — planned as a 60-working-day delivery across 8 parallel phases.
