01Why they came

A Kuwait City engineering consultancy wanted its expertise online: consultations booked and paid digitally, engineers able to register and join, and a way to reach homeowners planning a build — not just firms.

02What we saw

Two different audiences with two different needs: professionals registering into a directory with credentials and files, and clients who just want a compliant blueprint that fits their plot. One website couldn’t serve both — but a platform plus an app could.

03What we built

A bilingual Next.js platform: services showcase, consultant directory, multi-step engineer registration with file uploads, and paid consultation booking through Tap. Alongside it, the Tsamem app (React Native/Expo, iOS + Android): a Kuwait-compliant architectural-blueprint marketplace with a smart plot-matching questionnaire and in-app consultation booking.
